1. General Policy

Lusty.now is a permissive platform that allows users to generate a wide variety of AI-generated video content, including mature and NFAA (Not For All Audiences) content. We believe in creative freedom while maintaining legal compliance and ethical boundaries.

What is allowed:

• •Adult content depicting fictional characters (18+ only)
• •Artistic nudity and sensual content
• •Fantasy and fictional scenarios
• •Horror, violence in fictional contexts
• •Controversial but legal topics and themes

What is NOT allowed: Any content that violates the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union, or appears on our Prohibited Content List below.

2. Prohibited Content List

The following types of content are strictly prohibited from being generated or posted on Lusty.now:

2.1 Prohibited Adult Content

• •Adult content involving real violence: Content depicting or promoting actual violence in sexual contexts
• •Adult content involving animals: Any zoophilic or bestiality content
• •Adult content involving underage nudity/explicit content: Any depiction of minors in sexual, suggestive, or nude contexts (including fictional characters designed to appear underage)
• •Content placing children/underage characters in pornographic context: Any sexualization of minors or characters that appear to be minors

2.2 Prohibited General Content

• •Activities leading to IP blocking by Spamhaus: Content that would result in blacklisting by anti-spam organizations
• •Scam/Fraudulent content: Videos designed to defraud or deceive viewers
• •Spam: Repetitive, unsolicited promotional content
• •Illegal pharmaceutical promotion: Videos promoting illegal drugs or unauthorized pharmaceuticals
• •Content associated with hacks or cheats: Videos promoting software piracy, game cheats, or unauthorized access tools
• •Mass mailing/spam campaigns: Using generated content for spam purposes
• •Reverse proxies: Content designed to circumvent network restrictions
• •Selling illegal substances: Videos promoting the sale of drugs, controlled substances, or other illegal items
• •Phishing content: Videos designed to steal personal information or credentials
• •Botnet controllers: Content related to controlling compromised computer networks
• •DDoS scripts: Content promoting or demonstrating denial-of-service attacks
• •Brute Force attacks: Videos demonstrating password cracking or unauthorized access methods
• •Packet Flood scripts: Content related to network attacks
• •SIP Scanners: Tools or content for scanning VoIP systems
• •IP Spoofing Attacks: Content demonstrating identity masking for malicious purposes
• •Virus/Trojan/Malware Distribution: Videos promoting or distributing malicious software
• •Password scanning/guessing tools: Content demonstrating credential theft
• •Vulnerability scanners: Videos promoting unauthorized system scanning (educational security content may be allowed with proper disclaimers)
• •Extremist and terrorist content: Videos promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or hate groups
• •Forex-related scams: Fraudulent forex trading schemes
• •Illegal online banking/financial services: Content promoting unauthorized financial services
• •In-game virtual currency generators: Videos promoting game cheating or fraud
• •Replica item sales/distribution: Content promoting counterfeit goods
• •Illegal ebook distribution: Videos promoting copyright infringement

3. Age Verification

All users must be at least 18 years of age to use Lusty.now. By using this platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view and generate adult content.

4. Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their generated content complies with:

• •United Kingdom laws and regulations
• •European Union directives and member state laws
• •Local laws in their jurisdiction

When in doubt about the legality of content in your jurisdiction, do not generate it.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

We take violations of this policy extremely seriously. Users found to be generating prohibited content will face the following consequences:

• •Immediate content deletion: All offending content will be permanently removed from our platform
• •Account suspension or termination: Depending on the severity of the violation, accounts may be suspended or permanently banned
• •Credit forfeiture: Users who violate this policy forfeit any remaining credits without refund
• •Legal cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities that have jurisdiction over Lusty.now, including providing user data when legally required
• •Reporting to authorities: Illegal content (particularly CSAM or terrorism-related content) will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies

6. Content Moderation Technology

We are actively working to implement automatic censorship and detection systems for illegal content. These systems include:

• •AI-based content analysis to detect prohibited material
• •Prompt filtering to prevent generation of illegal content
• •Automated flagging systems for manual review
• •Hash-based detection for known illegal content

While we implement these technical measures, users remain fully responsible for the content they attempt to generate.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately through our support channels. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

8. Policy Updates

This Prohibited Content Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform capabilities, or community standards. We reserve the right to make final determinations about what content is allowed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
